PAIKKA
PAIKKA is a group of organisers, artists and curators, with aims of creating opportunities for experimentation, collaboration, and alternative learning for creators in the field of art, science, and technology. PAIKKA with the support of I.T.E.M. Alapítvány is implementing various "retreats" for young international artists.
HANGZAVART?

Hangzavart? is a non-academic music academy where musicians regardless of their institutional background or style gather to experiment, exchange knowledge, develop rapport and define their future career moves. Hangzavart? and its participants aims to find paths to create an alternative music education that can respond to the musical, aesthetic, educational and social problems of our era in a more flexible way than conservative music institutions do.
In 2022, we have implemented our first international camp with 24 young musicians from Hungary, Romania, and Serbia. The focus of our first camp was to bring together self-taught and professional musicians from various backgrounds to make them learn from each other, to push the boundaries between various genres and to unfold educational and employability problems of our home countries. During the 8-day-long camp, participants were taking part in various workshops of their choice, created their own ensembles and prepared and performed for a public concert with the support of mentors and facilitators.
Our first in-person gathering was quite fruitful and helped us to define the future goals we want to accomplish. For this reason, we are very happy to announce, that we will organize our second camp in 2023, with some extra spaces for newcomers.

KIBERDOB

Venue: Nagymaros & Budapest, Hungary
A Kiberdob projekt során 28 nemzetközi kezdő és gyakorló fiatal művész vett részt egy tíz napos csereprogramon. A tíz nap során a résztvevők, valamint meghívott kreatívok tartottak workshopokat, melyek középpontjában a művészet és technológia határterületének megismerése, valamint a résztvevők adottságainak és képességeinek normáktól való eltérő alkalmazása állt. A projekt végeredményeként egy nyilvános eseményt hoztunk létre, mely során a résztvevők átalakították a PAIKKA belvárosban található terét egy úgynevezett Kiberdobbá. A Kiberdob egy interaktív és sokfelhasználós hangszer, mely segítségével mind zenész és nem zenész is megtapasztalhatja a kollektív zenélés és ezáltal a flow-állapot élményét.
Az első Erasmus+ által társfinanszírozott projektünk hozzásegített minket, valamint a projekt résztvevőit ahhoz, hogy erős nemzetközi kapcsolatokat hozzunk létre, több fiatalt vonjunk be tevékenységeinkbe, feltárjuk az eddig rejtett lehetőséginket továbbá, hogy motivációt kapjunk jövőbeli nemzetközi projektek megvalósításhoz.
